What you can expect (key responsibilities)
- Define the Technical Safety Concept
- Create and maintain a safety plan for functional safety related activities and monitor the progress
- Plan the assessment activities for Safety on project, and follow-up on the results, according to ISO26262 and Safety Process
- Manage the dialog with our customers and supplier regarding functional safety topics
- Monitor product quality status and evaluate quality issues regarding safety topics
- Control the tool qualification process
- Conduct impact analysis
- Assure that the project is developer according to Magna's quality standards (ASPICE compliant)
- Lead the project Safety team to achieve its project goals
- Monitor the Safety activities according to the Safety Plan and project planning
- Define and maintain project KPIs related to functional safety
What you'll bring (key qualifications/requirements)
- Degree in electronic, Computers, Software Engineering or equivalent
- FuSa standards knowledge, ISO 26262
- Expertise in creating safety concepts and technical safety requirements
- Expertise in analysis tools and methods such as FMEA, FMEDA, FTA
- Familiar with automotive quality management and product development processes
