Robustness Manager

What you can expect:
- Lead and manage the engineering robustness and quality in multiple programs, applications and core in a region.
- Facilitate lessons learned creation and review.
- Monitor lessons learned implementation in projects.
- Identify and propose process improvement actions and defect prevention initiatives.
- Lead the robustness check activities, perform reporting and align improvement actions with project team.
- Coach the process adherence and process deviation approval in programs; lead structure problem solving.
- Conduct structured problem solving (8D, 5W2H) with the project teams.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Experience of quality management or in-depth quality understanding of automotive (A-SPICE, IATF16949).
- Engineering background in ADAS/AD, especially in camera product areas.
- Self-motivated/self-organized, proactive mindset, open to communicate.
- Willing to change and improve the engineering organization.
- Flexible working hours and remote work.
